I like feta cheese on pizza occasionally -- like Amy's and A.C. LaRocca ones are great. I tried the Meyerberg goat's milk once, but it was pretty salty and didn't help my asthma much. Then I went from soy milk (awful!) to rice milk (better) to almond milk (best) -- which I drink now (Almond Breeze). Also I heard today that there's a supplement named astaxanthin, which is good for indigestion / ulcers / inflammation. I guess it's the same stuff that gives pink salmon its color. Finally, it's a bummer that Long John Silver's no longer has flounder OR baked cod. But a little bird told me that they may be upgrading their menu in the future (hopefully soon). Have a healthy, happy week!

You sound just like me! But sometimes you just feel like giving up when reading a certain label, because you figure, I'm definitely going to find something here I don't want to eat. I guess it helps to have something like a "cheat day" every week. And regarding dairy, I even start wheezing if I eat one of those tiny crab rangoons from our local Golden Wok! my parents if you can believe it spoke russian in the house when i was a kid . i forgot everything now , plus at that time i thought it was pretty lame and did not struggle enough to learn it....

MJW, you are absolutely right about Denmark , i lived there brifly many years ago and i don't remember missing anything , hence little boring for my taste LOL!
